• The Submission must not contain material that violates or infringes another's rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement;
• The Submission must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator or any other person or party affiliated with the promotion and administration of this Contest;
• The Submission must not contain brand names or trademarks;
• The Submission must not contain footage, images, text or artwork not created by entrant;
• The Submission must not be in violation of any individual work contract between entrant and another entity;
• The Submission must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
• The Submission must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
• The Submission must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Submission is created.
• Submission of an entry grants Sponsor and its agents the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify the entry in any way, in commerce and in any and all media worldwide now known or hereinafter developed, without limitation and without notice or consideration to the entrant
• By submitting an entry, each entrant in the Contest further agrees that his/her entry constitutes an assignment of all rights, title and intellectual property rights in and to such submission to Visit Brainerd.
