Happy Summer and Happy Birding! My name is Judd Brink Owner/Guide of MN Backyard Birds.

If you are wondering where the birds went, please don’t be alarmed. Many of the birds that visited our feeders earlier this spring are still here but are now nesting and finding many of the natural foods.

It’s a great time to think about birdscaping your yard to help attract more colorful birds!  Ask for native fruiting trees and shrubs to plant around the house or cabin to bring in more birds naturally!

Please also remember many of our Common Loons are nesting and this is a dangerous time of the year so be careful and cautious when boating around nesting loons.

Be Well and Be Safe and Enjoy watching the birds from home or out at the many trails found in the area.
