Embrace the fall equinox with this slow, meditative and healing practice. Yin yoga involves holding poses for 3-4 minutes at a time, working into the tissue in your body (fascia). Yin is done entirely on the mat and includes the use of props. Welcome healing through sound with singing bowl practitioner, Paula Finney. This class will invite you to release, trust, and transform.
