Haunted Trails, Mazes & Family Fun
October 10-11, 17-18, 24-25, 31- November 1 | Hidden Hollows at Paul Bunyan Land | 7-10 pm
Hidden Hollows is the largest haunted attraction in central MN. It includes a 10-acre Hay Ride, Corn Maze, Haunted House and NEW this year they will be having select amusement park rides running!. It will scare the YELL out of you!

October 16-18 | Northland Arboretum Haunted Trails | 7-9 pm
Walk the spooky, scary trails at the Northland Arboretum for our 23nd annual Haunted Trail fundraiser! With low, high, and insane scare options, there’s certainly enough fun for everyone. NEW to this year – a Super Spooky Corn Maze! The trail ends with games, treats and entertainment. Concessions are available at the beginning of the trail and are cash-only.
October 16 | Pumpkin Paint at Roundhouse Brewery | 1-6 pm
Join us for a fun pumpkin paint day! Bring your artsy self to create some fun decor for your house or bring your children to make some fun memories painting pumpkins!
October 17, 26, & 31 | DIY Bug Soap at Purple Fern Bath Co. | 10-5 pm
It’s that time of year again! Walk-in classes available to make your own creepy, crawly, glow-y, soapy project!
October 18 | All Ages Kids Studio Saturday at The Crossing Arts Alliance | 10-12 pm
Dive into the magical world of Halloween Dioramas! Drop in anytime between 10 AM and 12 PM and let the amazing Heather guide you through crafting your very own spooky scene—complete with cobwebs, cats, and Halloween charm galore. Just $5 a person but beware – space is limited and registration is required!
October 18 | Family Day at Haunted Hidden Hallows (Not So Haunted) | 12-5 pm
This one-day-only event is scare-free—no Scream Team actors will be inside. Explore the three-story Haunted House with the lights on, wander through the 11-acre Corn Maze without any frights, and enjoy select Carnival rides perfect for the whole family.
October 23 | Haunted Hayrides at Confidence Learning Center | 6-8 pm
Camp is getting spooky and you don’t want to miss it! While you wait for your ride through the spook-tacular woods, warm up by the bonfire with Fresh popcorn, Cozy hot cocoa and Delicious hot apple cider. Open to the public, so gather your family, bring your friends, and prepare for a night of thrills, chills, and autumn fun!
October 23 & 27 | Kid Friendly Halloween Bingo at Loco Espress Coffee House | 3:30-4:30 pm

October 24 | Monster Bash at Brainerd Public Schools Early Childhood | 5-7:30 pm
Join us for a fun night of costumes, dancing, treats and fun! Located at the Warrior Early Learning Center Gym.
October 25 | Spooktacular Cookie Decorating at Knotty Pine Bakery | 10am – 3 pm
Headed to Downtown Brainerd for the Spooktacular event? Stop into Knotty Pine Bakery to decorate some spooky cookies!
All of October | Autumn Adventures at Boys-N-Berries | Tuesday – Sunday, 10am-6pm
Discover the best of the season with their incredible offerings including pumpkins, gourds, squash, hay bales, flowering mums, and corn stalks.
November 1 | Jackpot Bowling & Costume Contest at Jack’s House | 8pm – 11:30pm
A fun night of bowling, prizes, and great costumes! Check-in at 8PM Costume, contest at 8PM, and Bowling Starts: 9PM. Entry Fee is $25 per bowler, bring your best costume and compete for prizes while enjoying a night of jackpot bowling with friends!

October 25 | Trunk or Treat at Trinity Lutheran Church | 3pm – 5pm
Bring the kids, big and small, dressed up in their Halloween costumes and join us for our annual Trunk or Treat event. We will have several trunks decorated and lots of candy to share.
October 25 | Low Scare Trail & Trunk or Treat at the Northland Arboretum | 4pm – 6pm
Come experience our amazing and artistic Low Scare Trail, followed by Trunk or Treat! This is an outdoor event. Cost is $5.
October 26 | Trick or Tacos at First Lutheran Church | 3pm – 6pm
Join us for the 1st Annual Trick or Taco’s event! Games, food, customer contest and neighborhood fellowship.
October 28 | Trunk or Treat at Central Lakes College | 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Bring your little monsters, zombies and princesses to our second annual Trunk or Treat event! It’s located in the lower lot of the Paul C. Findorff Athletic Complex on our Brainerd campus. Free and open to the public!
October 31 | 5th Annual Dangerously Thrilling Decibels Event | 2pm – 9pm
Halloween Themed Music, Gigantic Halloween Display, 25,000 Pieces of Candy This Halloween, bring you and your trick or treaters to the NEW location – Blair Circle for a one-of-a-kind Halloween display!
October 31 | Crow Wing County Sherriff’s Office Trunk or Treat | 3:30pm – 5:30pm
This free, family event will take place in the Crow Wing County Public Parking Lot on the corner of Laurel & S. 4th Street. Look for the flashing lights! Trick or Treat while enjoying displays from the Recreation Division, Tactical Team, Mounted Patrol, K9 Team, Bomb Team, Squad Cars and Drone Team.
October 31 | North-East Trunk or Treat | 5pm – 7pm
Join us this Halloween for a spooktacular evening filled with decorated trunks, sweet treats, and safe family fun! Located at Memorial Park parking lot.
October 31 | Trunk or Treat at Brainerd Eagles | 3:30pm – 6pm
Free Trunk or Treat for all little goblins! Free hot dogs and candy starting at 3:30pm until gone. All are welcome.

Scarlett Woods will set the mood from 6–8pm, and Rollin’ Dough Pizza will be on site keeping everyone fed and happy. No tricks, just treats!
