Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, do you have plans yet? Here is a list of things to do in the Brainerd and Baxter area sure to make you feel the love.

• Brainerd Eagles Valentine’s Prime Rib Dinner – The Brainerd Eagles Club will be hosting dinner on February 14th at 6pm. For $25 you will recieve Prime Rib, Erek’s Seasoned Mashed Potatoes, Dan’s Special Green Beans, Dinner Roll, and a Dessert. • The Green Lantern Valentine’s Dinner – Their Valentine’s Dinner will feature; T-Bone steak, Shrimp Scampi, Cheesy Potatoes, Veggie, Garden Salad, Dinner Roll & Dessert. $35.95 a plate – call and make your reservation today.
• Notch 8 Chowhouse & Eatery Breakfast & Dinner Specials – Notch 8 will be celebrating love’s holiday over the course of a few days this year. They will be offering a 5 Course Valentine’s Dinner on February 14th from 5-9pm. It includes Sashimi, Surf N Turf, and a delicious dessert. Check out the full menu here. • Wood Burning with a Passion at The Brainerd Library – hosted on February 12th from 3:30-4:30pm at the Brainerd Library. Wood and tools are provided – Learn some new skills and make something awesome for yourself or someone else.
• Charcuterie Board Workshop at Charboneau Studios – An evening class with your Valentine and enjoy putting together and eating a delicious charcuterie board! Each couple will take home their board and any leftovers they have. You will learn about and taste different meat and cheese options and experiment with combinations, along with a few tasty surprises. Perfect for a date night! • Valentine Sushi Rolling Class at Notch 8 Chowhouse & Eatery – Learn the art of sushi-making from our very own Executive Chef, Matt Annand of Notch 8. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to prepare sushi rice, roll various sushi rolls, and choose the perfect toppings. All-You-Can-Roll, All-You-Can-Eat! • Valentine’s Snowshoe Hike + Dinner – Celebrate Valentines Day at the Northland Arboretum. Enjoy a guided snowshoe hike through the woods lines with luminaries.
