Brainerd Fishing Report: September 18, 2019

The fall patterns for walleyes has arrived with a bang. After a couple of slower weeks, the bite has drastically improved. Red tails on live bait rigs, casting and jigging Rippin Raps have been on fire. Use the wind to dictate where you fish with wind blown edges being the best. The night trolling bite continues to get better as the water cools. Big pike continue their chomp on weed edges and panfish action remains steady with crappies getting better every day.
