Brainerd Memorial Day Ceremonies

Schedule of Events
- 9:00 a.m. – Wreath thrown in the Mississippi River at the Laurel Street Bridge.
- 9:45 a.m. – Short ceremony at the All-Veterans Memorial which is located at 4th and Laurel St.
- 10:30 a.m. – Parade on 3rd Avenue NE to Evergreen Cemetery.
- 11:00 a.m. – Main ceremony at Evergreen Cemetery with performance by the Brainerd High School Band.
- 3:00 p.m. – Taps Across America at the All-Veterans Memorial which is located at 4th and Laurel St.
In case of rain, the 11:00 a.m. ceremony will be at the Brainerd National Guard Armory which is located at 1115 Wright Street.
Lunch at the Brainerd American Legion, 708 Front Street, until 1:00 p.m. for veterans and their families; donations will be accepted.
For those who are unable attend in person, the Evergreen Cemetery event will be available online by mid-evening on May 27.
