The Lakes Jam Music Festival Held at Brainerd International Raceway is Gearing-up for 2022 Event
Brainerd, MN—Organizers of Brainerd’s Lakes Jam music festival recently announced the country music line-up for the 2022 event being held June 24–25.
Cole Swindell will headline Saturday, June 25. “It’s only fitting that Cole Swindell will be headlining Lakes Jam 2022 performing “Single Saturday Night” which is his 10th career number one single,” said event general manager, Ken Lacy.
In the six years since the release of his debut album on Warner Music Nashville, Swindell has toured with the biggest superstars in country music including Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, and Dierks Bentley. He officially became a headliner on his own “Reason To Drink Tours” in 2018. He has had 11 number one singles as a songwriter; one one-billion+ audience reaching single (“You Should Be Here”). The Georgia native has played on some of the biggest stages in the world including making history being the first-ever live radio and TV broadcast from the 57th floor terrace of 4 World Trade Center, overlooking the Freedom Tower, where he performed his hit “You Should Be Here.” “Middle of a Memory”, “Break Up in the End”, and “Chillin It” are just a few of his other hits that Lakes Jam fans will get to enjoy. You “MAYBE” won’t want to miss this.
Jon Pardi will headline Friday June 24. “Tequila Little Time” with you is exactly what Lakes Jam has in store for Friday night fans. Performing “Heartache Medication”, “Dirt on My Boots”, “When I’ve Been Drinkin”, “Heartache on the Dance Floor”, “Head Over Boots”, “Night Shift”, “Ain’t Always the Cowboy” and many more; Jon Pardi will have everyone living in the moment.
Jon is making country music that will last and “California Sunrise” successfully hits that target. It is stocked with classic Nashville melody, blue-collar lyrical themes, and authentic country instrumentation—real drums, loud-and-proud fiddles, and tangy steel guitar. The album’s 12 songs draw a direct link to such forbearers as Dwight Yoakam, George Strait and Marty Stuart.
“There’s a growing audience for throwback,” Pardi says. “People want to hear somebody who really enjoyed the ‘90s country music era.
The Rock Night headliner for Thursday, June 23, will be announced on September 8 at 8:00 a.m. Check the Lakes Jam website or Facebook page for the latest news and information.
