Description
Jazz up dinner with this easy-to-make quick bread. Simply blend mix with 1 egg and 1 can room temperature beer. Use a bland beer, not a strong-flavored or fruity beer. You may substitute apple juice, ginger ale or milk for the beer. Pour batter into an oiled baking pan. If desired, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over batter just before putting pan into a preheated 350 degree oven to bake. 9×5 loaf takes 30-35 minutes to bake. 9×9 pan cooks in 20 minutes.
