It’s Easter Weekend in the lakes area! Chances are you’re familiar with its modern-day traditions: Chocolate bunnies, microwaving Peeps to watch them puff up, Easter Brunch and (of course) the ubiquitous egg hunt. Either way, there are multiple ways to spend your holiday. You can find a listing of churches to help you find the service that is perfect for you and your family.
If you’re looking to fill your time with Art & Music, we’ve got you covered there too. The Crossing Arts has a new exhibition, ‘Young At Art’ showcasing the work of students from local schools. This fun community exhibit gives young artists a chance to have their work exhibited in a “real gallery”, and a special chance for arts enthusiasts to show their support for all budding artists.
The Lakes Area Music Festival will be live streaming their “Seasons of Change” concert that was conceived by guest curator Garrett McQueen and features woodwind quintets from the Milwaukee and Atlanta Symphony Orchestras. This concert will stream online via the LAMF Facebook page.
Please check with local businesses and attractions individually for the latest COVID-19 related policy updates and hours of operation before you venture out.
