Brainerd, MN—Live events are a part of this weekend’s round-up. A musical rock show, a talent show and a professional wrestling event to name a few. Not quite ready for a live event? You can still take in some entertainment by enjoying The Legacy Chorale’s virtual Spring Concert.

Now, we know that the temps aren’t exactly where we’d like them to be, but Mother Nature runs the show, so we’ll just be patient and take what we can get. No matter what the temp is on Saturday, you are strongly encouraged to get outside and take advantage of the Minnesota State Parks Free Park Day. Crow Wing State Park offers a plethora of photo opportunities and even a chance to take in some history. The Free Park Day only comes around once a quarter, so make sure to take advantage of it.

We might see a few extra runners out there this weekend since it’s the Brainerd Jaycees (virtual) Run for the Lakes weekend. Grab your cowbell and cheer them on. Your enthusiasm helps the runner keep going. And if you are one of the runners…GOOD LUCK!

Please check with local businesses and attractions individually for the latest COVID-19 related policy updates and hours of operation before you venture out.
