
The Brainerd Jaycees Ice Fishing Extravaganza is the world’s largest charitable ice fishing tournament. It is held on Gull Lake, just north of Brainerd/Baxter, Minnesota. With a total of 150 prizes to be won—from ice augers to a brand new truck—it’s known to draw more than 10,000 people from all across the country with international participants every year. If you’re interested in going, you can purchase tickets on their website or at participating businesses around town including Visit Brainerd located in Downtown Brainerd.
