Visit the Museum and Research Library housed in the old Crow Wing County Jail and Sheriff’s residence built in 1917. Put yourself behind bars in one of two original jail cells. Meander through three levels of exhibits on county history including logging, railroading, mining, and more! Take a guided tour of the beautifully restored and furnished Sheriff’s residence where the Sheriff’s family lived right on the other side of the jail cells!
