It’s that time of year to make maple syrup. Holly met up with brothers Donn and Jim and learned all about tapping trees, collecting sap, cooking and canning. Maple syrup making is a skill that is becoming more and more popular in the area and Donn and Jim are seasoned pros who have been making syrup with their families since they were children.
