SECOND SATURDAY AT CROSSING ARTS ALLIANCE
May 7 2019 – Brainerd, MN— Crossing Arts Kids, Featured Artist, Book Signing, and ‘Artistic Vision’ an exhibit of work from the Brainerd Area Art Guild.
Crossing Arts Kids art programming, Two sessions, Sat. May 11th,10:00 – 11:30 and 12:00 – 1:30.Figure Studies with Diane Runberg. Pre-registration is required, space is limited. Visit crossingarts.org or call Crossing Arts at 218-833-0416 to enroll. A $3 per child/$5 per family materials donation is requested but no child will be turned away due to need.
Meet our featured Member Artist, Mary White Kochenderfer, and see a selection of her artwork including scratchboard pieces, painting, and felted landscapes. Talk with her about her techniques, and inspiration.
Local author Rebecca Flansburg, a member of the Brainerd Writers Alliance, will be on hand signing copies of her books ‘Freelance Freedom’ and ‘Mom Bossing’ from 10:00 to 12:00.
Our current exhibition, ‘Artistic Vision’ features a selection of work from the Brainerd Area Art Guild. The exhibit is on display through May 25th.
