Minnesota’s Most Haunted Locations virtual event with paranormal investigator Chad Lewis is planned for Friday, Oct. 30 from 7-8 pm. Chad is a researcher, author, and lecturer on topics of the strange and unusual. His background is in psychology as he did both his bachelor’s and master’s degree work in the field but for the last 20-plus years has traveled the globe in search of unique and bizarre stories and history. Hidden Hollows is the largest haunted attraction in central MN. It includes a 10-acre Hay Ride, Corn Maze and Haunted House. It will scare the YELL out of you!

Loco Espress – 1521 Northern Pacific Road, Brainerd – will have candy for trick or treaters all day on Halloween! They have a walk-up window or you can come in to show off your costumes!

Wild Bird Store Little Farm Market – 516 C Street NE, Brainerd – invites you to join them on Saturday for Halloween! They will be passing out candy and little pumpkins for the kiddos. Costumes are encouraged for the kids.

Traveling Art Pub – Brainerd Kids Halloween Event. Join us at our Artsy Brainerd TAP Studio at 502 S. 6th Street in Brainerd for a Halloween Costume Party Event!

2-Halloween inspired projects and a Halloween Snack and Beverage included. Kids encouraged to wear a costume.
$25/ child | Ages 6-12+ |

Seating is limited to 15 or less—There is plenty of space with social distancing in mind.

Covid-19 Safety Plans & Procedures will be in place to maximize your safety at our events during this time:
• Hand sanitizer will be placed around for use
• Artists will sanitize and clean all equipment prior, during and after events.
• Artists will wash hands or use wipes when handling materials, and working with guests/ and/or cleaning/ washing hands during our events.
• Class sizes will be limited to accommodate social distancing
• Tables and chairs will be sanitized, and spread out accordingly.
• Artist will conduct up-front classes and will minimize contact with participants during the class.
• Guests are encouraged to wear a mask. Our indoor events require them because of the mandate.
• Aprons will be available for use. We wash and sanitize the aprons after each event.
• Customers can also bring their own aprons as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets must be purchased in advance. If we do not meet our minimum event is subject to cancellation. In the event TAP cancels the event, refunds or transfers will be made. By purchasing a TAP ticket you agree to our TAP terms and services agreement.

Halloween Mask Parade at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Baxter – 6190 Fairview Road, Baxter. The families of the community are invited to come to the parking lot of Lord of Life and help create a Halloween parade route for the kids. The parade will go through the parking lot and the backyard of the church. Kids are invited to wear their costumes and masks. Adults, wear masks and a costume if you want and cheer on the kids as they show off their costumes and have a little fun. A small bag of goodies will be given to each at the end of this safe Halloween event.

RSVP by Oct. 28 to save your spot to decorate your pumpkin in the lower level of the Northland Arboretum. Cost is $8/pumpkin for members and $10/pumpkin for non-members. Pumpkin and all supplies are provided. Contact the Northland Arboretum at 218-829-8770.

Trunk-or-Treat will be held at Brainerd Church of the Nazarene – 16549 Johnson Road, Brainerd.

October 31; 3-5 pm

Trinity Lutheran Church – 1420 S. Sixth Street, Brainerd – will host its annual trunk-or-treat in the church parking lot. Limited treats along with a bag lunch will be given out by approximately 30 cars. It will be a safe family event open to anyone in the community.

October 31; 3-5 pm

Prince of Peace Lutheran Church – 6311 Mildred Road, Baxter – will host a drive-thru, touch-free Halloween event. The event will feature fun candy stations, providing sweet treats to children in safe, drive-thru style. The Outreach Board at Prince of Peace noted that each driver will receive a single plastic bag for candy as they enter the church’s parking lot, with all candy going into the driver’s bag. October 31; 4-7 pm

Experience a low scare haunted trail featuring The Great Pumpkin, Underwater World, Jurassic Park, The Nightmare Before Christmas and more. This is an outdoor event and cost is $5 per person. There will be a trunk or treat at the end of the trail. Face masks required.

Christ Lutheran Church will host a Halloween Drive-Thru. 13815 Cherrywood Drive, Baxter

Cuyuna Regional Medical Center – Care Center will host a trick-or-treat parade Saturday. All tiny goblins, superheroes and ghouls age 10 and younger are asked to gather outside at the back of the Care Center beginning at 5 pm. Children will trick or treat for self-serve candy at scary stations that will be set up outside of individual residents windows. All stations will be more than 6 feet apart and candy will be pre-packaged. Trick-or-treaters must social distance as they move from each Spooktacular station to the main entrance colleting their loot. They’ll be able to greet residents through their festively decorated windows. The community will also be able to vote on the residents’ window decorating competition at a station under the Care Center’s main entrance.

October 31; 7-10 pm

Halloween Party at B.Merri – 19624 County Road 3, Brainerd. Dress up as your favorite ghoul or goblin and come out to B.Merri for Halloween! Receive a raffle ticket if you are in costume, we will draw for prizes at 9:30 pm. Dos Guys will be playing from 7-10, and we will have food and drink specials as well. Weather permitting, we will be showing the movie, “IT” at the Retro Drive In Theater at dusk. Happy Halloween!
